We have worked hard to set up a service where we can send out critical information for all of us to stay informed. But sometimes the messages are not getting through. Please see the reasons below and possible troubleshooting methods to rectify the problem.
Typically, when you don't see your email in your inboxes, it's because of spam filters. If you have looked in your spam or junk folders and still don't see your campaign, there are a few other things to investigate.
Add the From email address ([email protected]) to your contact list or address book.
If the From email address is in their address book, check your spam filter settings to be sure that our content (St. John the Baptist) and/or address isn't blocked.
Are you using a webmail provider such as AOL, Yahoo, or Hotmail? These providers throttle delivery, which can sometimes result in emails taking about 24 hours to be delivered to a specific email account.
